30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened teeth whitening strips cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and are sent to the original payment method.
