30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used sleep-care products cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return has been approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
